RapidWay Freight is a Staten Island, New York dispatch company founded in 2019 by people who have sat behind the wheel. We book the loads, negotiate the rates and handle the paperwork so owner-operators and small fleets across the USA can keep driving — and keep more of every mile.
RapidWay Freight opened in 2019 with two trucks, one phone and a simple frustration: dispatchers who took a cut of every load but never picked up after 5 pm, never fought for the rate, and never explained where the money went.
So we built the company we wished we’d had. A dispatcher you know by name. Rates negotiated against live lane data instead of the first number a broker throws out. Paperwork done before you ask. And no forced dispatch — every load is your call.
Today we dispatch owner-operators and small fleets in all 48 contiguous states from our office at 533 College Ave in Staten Island, New York. We have grown, but the promise hasn’t changed: you drive, we handle the rest.
Every dispatcher at RapidWay works by the same four rules. If we ever break one, tell us — and we’ll make it right.
One flat percentage per load, agreed before you sign. No setup fee, no termination fee, no surprises on your settlement.
We find and negotiate the loads. You decide which ones to take — and you can walk away any time with no contract holding you.
One named person who knows your truck, your lanes and your family schedule. Not happy? Switch dispatchers with one call.
Breakdowns and detention don’t wait for office hours. After-hours and weekend coverage is part of the service, not an add-on.
Every step has been paid for by drivers who stayed with us. That’s the only growth we care about.
Two trucks, one phone and a promise: honest dispatch that fights for the rate and answers after hours. We open our doors in Staten Island, New York.
When freight turned upside down, our drivers stayed loaded. Rate negotiation against live lane data became the core of how we dispatch.
We move to a dedicated-dispatcher model and add night, weekend and holiday coverage, so no driver ever hears a voicemail at 2 am.
Drivers kept asking for help beyond dispatch, so we added compliance & permits, accounting & billing and company setup — one team for the whole back office.
A milestone that belongs to the drivers who referred their friends. Lease-on and authority support joins the line-up for carriers ready to grow.
Coast to coast, every trailer type, and an average of $6,000 weekly gross per truck. The next milestone is yours — let’s build it together.

Mr Iqbal founded RapidWay Freight in 2019 after years of watching good drivers lose money to bad dispatch. He built the company around a simple test: would he accept this rate, this paperwork and this phone service if it were his own truck?
Today he still reviews the rate sheets, still takes escalation calls and still measures the company by one number — what a RapidWay driver keeps at the end of the week.
“A dispatcher earns his percentage when the driver’s settlement is bigger than it would have been without him. Every load, every week.”
Every RapidWay driver works with one dedicated dispatcher backed by the whole team. These are the people who answer when you call.
Runs the dispatch floor. Sheldon sets the lane strategy, balances the board between dispatchers and steps in personally when a load goes sideways at 2 a.m.
Builds the broker and shipper relationships behind RapidWay’s rates. Adam opens direct freight and keeps the carriers he signs supplied with loads that pay.
Flatbed and step-deck specialist. Ethan builds week-long round trips so his drivers aren’t chasing one load at a time.
Reefer and dry-van lanes across the Midwest and Southeast. Sarah is the one brokers hear from when a rate isn’t good enough.
Box truck and hotshot specialist with expertise in partial adjustments. Hazel combines and re-works part-loads so a small trailer still grosses like a full one.
Box truck and hotshot expert. Allen knows which brokers actually pay for expedited partials and keeps 26’ trucks and goosenecks moving on loads most boards never show.
Semi truck expert. Gwen runs dry van, reefer, flatbed and power-only tractors across every major lane, building round trips so a 53’ trailer is never deadheading home.
Expert across every equipment type. Carlo works every board at once and matches each truck to the freight that pays best that day, from a 53’ reefer to a non-CDL gooseneck.
Guides owner-operators through the Lease-On Program — documents, MVR, agreement and kit — so a driver without an MC is running under RapidWay’s authority within days.
Tell us about your truck and a dispatcher calls you back within the hour, Mon–Fri.
