Box Truck Dispatch Services

A 26-foot box truck has to work smarter than a 53-foot van. RapidWay specializes in partials, expedited and regional freight that fits your box and your weight limit — and in stacking part-loads so a small truck still grosses like a full one.

Why RapidWay Freight

Most load boards ignore box trucks. We don’t.

Box truck freight lives in partials, expedited runs and regional accounts that generic dispatchers never see. Our team builds multi-stop runs from part-loads, keeps you under 26,000 GVWR and finds the urban freight that pays for the small truck advantage.

  • ✓No forced dispatch. Every partial and every stop is offered, never assigned.
  • ✓Transparent pricing. 8% of gross per load, agreed before you sign. No setup fee, no contract, no hidden charges.
  • ✓Dedicated box truck dispatcher. Knows your door height, lift gate and payload and only offers what fits.
  • ✓24/7 support. Expedited freight runs overnight; so do we.
  • ✓Partial stacking expertise. Two or three part-loads combined into one profitable run.

What we do

What your box truck dispatcher does every day

One named dispatcher owns your truck. Here is what they handle so you don’t have to.

BUILDING THE PARTIAL
Partial & expedited load sourcing

Boards and brokers that post box-truck-sized freight, plus expedited and hot-shot style runs that pay by the mile.

Multi-stop run building

Part-loads combined by lane and appointment so your box is full and your route makes sense.

Weight & equipment matching

Every load checked against your payload, door height and lift gate so you never arrive and can’t load.

Paperwork & accessorials

Rate cons, BOLs and invoicing handled; inside delivery, lift gate and detention billed every time.

    Box Truck Dispatch Services FAQ

    Do I need a CDL?

Not for a box truck under 26,001 lbs GVWR. You still need MC/DOT authority and insurance; our Company Setup team can help with that.

What does box truck freight pay?

Partials and expedited runs are priced per mile or per stop. Combined into a full run, a 26-foot truck can gross close to a van on regional lanes.

Do you book Amazon Relay or similar?

We focus on broker and direct freight where we can negotiate the rate. Ask your dispatcher about specific programs.

    Can I stay local?

Yes. Many of our box truck carriers run regional and urban lanes and sleep at home most nights.
